I haven't seen many direct sales companies that focus on gardening, but I did want to let you know about the few that do.
I think gardening can be important! Gardening with your kids can provide many great experiences, and you can produce many great things from your backyard gardening.
Most people who garden are passionate about it, and if you are a passionate gardener who is looking to work at home and break into a direct sales business, one of the gardening businesses may be for you!
The great thing about working for a direct sales business that focuses on gardening is that you can do your work at night and garden during the day! Also, just as you are passionate about your gardening, so are the other folks you will be selling your items to.

Tomboy Tools - $159 startup - This looks like a very unique opportunity. I received a copy of their catalog and see that not only are they a unique company, but that they are partnered with AVON Walk for Breast Cancer. It's always nice to deal with a company that gives back. It is easy to get started with them. You simply submit your Consultant Agreement with the startup fee and you will receive your starter kit which contains a "Super Stepper." The contents are a big pink toolbox/step stool, hammer, pry bar, needle nose pliers, slip-joint pliers, tape measure, hacksaw, sanding block, utility knife, screwdriver, level, tool apron, knee pads, safety glasses, gloves, picture hanging set, pencil, and earplugs. You also receive all of your business tools.
